Acceptance of Terms

By using Second Wind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the App Provides

Second Wind provides AI-generated dish ideas based on ingredients you enter, across categories including salad, soup, sandwich, entrée, and brunch — along with presentation notes, beverage pairings, and the ability to save favorites.

Cook With Care

AI-generated dishes are creative suggestions, not professional culinary, nutritional, or medical advice. Always use safe food-handling and cooking practices, and double-check ingredients against your own allergies and dietary needs. You are responsible for what you cook and serve.

AI Limitations

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for your situation. Use your judgment.

Subscriptions

Second Wind may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (such as Second Wind Pro) through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account through the app or request assistance from support. See our Account Deletion page for more information.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Wind is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
