AI Processing
When you generate a dish, the ingredients and categories you provide are securely processed by trusted AI providers in order to create your dish, presentation notes, and beverage pairing.
AI-generated dishes may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment in the kitchen — especially with food allergies, dietary restrictions, and safe cooking practices. AI suggestions are not professional culinary, nutritional, or medical advice.
Third-Party Services
The app may use trusted third-party services to operate and improve the product, including Firebase, OpenAI or other AI providers, Apple services, and RevenueCat for subscriptions.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your data and reduce unnecessary collection.
Your Choices and Rights
You may be able to access, edit, or delete your content within the app. You may also delete your account from within the app or request assistance through support.
When your account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational requirements.
Children's Privacy
Second Wind is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
